  • wake up...use brown sugar

  • msg lol cool vid peace

  • what is this at the end, this black thing who he put in the mojito???

  • @Gehrji its a bitter sirup called Angostura but nrmly it comes in Caipirinha and this Mojito looks not that good

  • @LabelloClub i think he pust to much Rum in the mojito. which video you think is the best "how to mojito" video?

  • thats alot of rum lol xD

  • Trump says “You're Fired!

  • this is shit

  • gay mojito

  • The problem of the cuban mojito is that the mint leaves do not add a lot of flavour, to companesate this they use Augusta bitter.

I personally think a good moijto should taste after lime, mint, sugar and rum.

None of them should dominate the other, the difficulty is to achieve this.

In most bars they do not take the time to get a wellbalanced mojito.

So do never drink in a bar a mojito.

  • @Freakbrain1 see NEW ORLEANS BEST COCKTAILS. thats a bartender.

  • I've never seen or made a Mojito with Angostura Bitters, was it nice? Or a miss?

  • the spoon fulls of cocaine he put in the glass is what makes this called the "cuban mojito"

  • whats the dark drops he put at the end?

  • @ixXchaseXxi its angostura bitters

  • Fail...

  • this is craaaaaaap!

  • Did he put soy sauce at the end?

  • did u mean dark rum?

  • It was bitters

  • bah....

  • The original Cuban Mojito is not made like this. See the original Bacardi recipe here on Utube. The Bacardi Family is Cuban fwith I am sure spaniard ancestors like all white Cubans. Castro ruined the islands freedom and human rights so people split.

  • i dont think they care much about original...i think they care about if its cheap to make and it makes them $....but me personally i like original

  • didnt even fill the glass

  • It's not supposed to completely fill that glass you alcoholic douche.

  • yes u are

  • LOOKS GOOD !~!!

  • Money for Fidels regime is a bad thing, that's right.

but Havana tastes better and who said bacardi is the right rum to use? Only bacardi themselves claim that.

  • The taste is a matter of persons : I prefer the bacardi but I really like Havana also ! (let's say I like rum a lot)

But I've read the original recipe book for the mojito (and others) was published 3 years before Havan even existed. (on its current form)

So I guess the original cocktail is made with Bacardi.

  • I guess the original cocktail was made with whatever rum was available.

When, how and by whom was this cocktail invented anyway?

  • When ? should've been earlier !

How ? by chance I guess and with many attempts

By whom ? by a great man, for sure !

  • haha Mojito comes from cuba. so dont say Bacardi is in the original rcp.

  • you better check your sources, dude : both havana and bacardi are cuban, what do you mean ?

  • sweetheart, Bacardi was founded in Santiago de Cuba..... It moved to Puerto Rico after it was already a pretty well established and successful company. So while I'm not sure what the original mojito called for- is any rum specific, it most certainly could have been Bacardi.... shouldn't shoot down someone's thought if you're not sure of your history....

  • NooOoOOOoOOoOOoooO what is he dooooing? Make him stop?!

  • he has no idea.

  • wroooong!!!!

    Very wrong!!!!

  • what a shitty tasting drink that must be. how to make a mojito my style (Bristol, England) 1- pick 14 good sized mint leaves 2- half shot of demerera gomme 3- half shot fresh squeezed lime juice 4- use flat end of bar spoon to muddle mint leaves into gomme and lime juice. 5- taste 6- amend if neccessary 7- add fine crushed ice up to 2/3rds of the glass 8- add desired rum (personal favourite Especial) 9- stir 10- fill rest of glass with ice 11- stir 12- splash soda 13- 3 drops bitters DONE
  • no ,the best sugar is brown !!!!

  • it makes no fucking scence if it's brown or white.

  • yes, but i said that brown sugar is better then white and not that was the only one!no one rule about Mojito!

  • lol white sugar for mojito

  • yes my friend the right is with white sugar...the brown sugar is only for cakes.lol

  • it's nicer to watch to those nice steaks on the back side of this video :D

  • i dont care if the video made in cuba or anywhere else. the thing i care is if the bartender made a good drink.

    in this video, obviously not~

  • no muddling?

  • finnish mojito mint greentea and koskenkorva no ice

  • sorry, but it doesn't look very tasty while he's makin' these mojitos.. :-]

  • Mais c'est du n'importe quoi!

  • c'est clair!!!

  • man in the end is clearly an actor Tommy Lee Jones!!! Am I right???????? LOL

  • man, where's the freshly sqeezed lime juice, brown sugar and crushed ice? this is a real americanised mojito. go see how the cubans do it.

  • Looks good! I have to visit Cuba someday!!!

  • wtf is that? holy shit...

  • But a simple syrup will make the drink less grainy, and I think it's much better,

I don't think he used lime juice; I think it is lemon juice but I could be wrong.... He also tops it off with bitters. The Cuban version is great, especially when made with Havana Club!

  • Dear Hemantology:

What you described is called "White Man's Mexican Mojito". The Mojito in the video is a "Cuban Mojito", so obviously they're going to be different.

  • I make a mohito differently....this guy used pre squeeze lime juice and actual sugar....what i find is that due to the temparature of the liquids the sugar dosent dissolve and you get a grainy texture in your drink....if you use syrup it tastes a little bit sweeter and cuts the bite of the rum....(i'm a big girl i don't like strong drinks)I also muddle fresh limes mint and the sryup and the alcohol VERY LIGHTLY....one of these days will put up a vid...

  • WHY U just DONT SHUT UP!!!,,

  • what syrup do you use? i hate the grainy feeling from the sugar too..

  • he didn't use syrup. it looks as if he put the regular sugar and then he disolved it with club soda. (I don't like that method)

  • I hope those were good - I like how they're so meticulous about how they make them. Proves to be an awesome drink a good percentage of the time.

  • angostura bitters, wtf?

  • They really make a mojito; try it sometime.

  • claro que lleva angostura ciao!

  • rico mojito!

  • Si lleva angostura maggy la receta tradicional la lleva, suerte

  • that is a lot of rum!

  • Most cocktails usually call for 2 shots of alcohol....if you watch him pour: count5 6 seconds....that equals 2 shots..

  • y porque le ponen angostura?..eso no lleva angostura..helloo..

  • There is more chicken cooking in the background than all of Havana residents have seen in a year.

  • you ignorant mother f

  • fuck you u fucking redneck.
