  • WOW Abby...U are the most beautiful husky!!! =D

  • So cool...I can't even get my Sibe to jump over anything that he can't walk over. Now my Shiba is another story (funny how a baby gate will work on the big one but not the little one).

    plz make more videoz

  • What kind of videos?

  • i have a husky too!

but he cant jump tht big!!!!!

  • Haha, stubborn aren't they?

  • @jumper881

How you learn them to jump so high? I have one so i wana start learning him to jump high but i dont know how :S. Help?

  • @Kimiiiiiiii

Start small, and call him over a pole or an object with a treat, and if he jumps it, build it bigger and bigger. Just don't force him to jump higher than he's willing to. If you keep it fun and safe, it'll come naturally. :)

  • @jumper881

    Thanks for advice.

  • i have a husky too and i love it but it dosent jump like your and your is beautiful

  • Beautiful. Too bad I didn't train my husky correctly..

  • just word of advise dont jump on concrte it can hurt thier legs!

  • Read the description before commenting please. Thanks.

  • No wonder why the owner asked me if my fences is five feet tall at the pet adoption.

    Damn those dogs can jump

  • Haha yeah.

  • That is awesome watching her jump that high. I got one, they are the greatest dogs in the world.

  • They are. :]

  • beautiful dog [:

i have a husky too and jump her, she's on 11 months tho, i didnt kno that i shoudlnt jump her very high til a little while ago, but ive made them smaller now. she's really talented, just like your dog ^^ x

  • Great! Yeah, just wait till she's older. :] Can't wait to see some videos of her.

  • that was insane huskies are my most favorite bread of dog to me i wish i had one though

  • Haha yeah, they're fun. :]

  • Huskies are insane jumpers, I've seen some jump str8 up onto counter tops. My neighbor has one that jumped straight over someone sitting in a chair, all for fun. I used to have a Boston Terrier Mix that could jump up to around 5'8"-5'10", and my Jack used to do the same (before an injury). Huskies are like a big version of these crazy little Jack Rabbits.

  • Ahaha yeah.

  • My name is Abby too!!!!i have a siberian huskey named Blaize.......and a horse named Beau(he is an quater horse/arabian!!haha

  • Beatiful dog! She jumps very well! 5 stars :D

  • Thank you. :D

  • amazing. I'm not sure what I am more enamored by -- the jumping or the voluntary shower. My husky is a little dirtball and can barely clear a few inches. however, he can run like the wind and then dive face first in some mud. not very graceful but it's cute :)

  • thanks. :] hehe yeah. i love the way sibes run like there is no tomorrow.

  • holy crap she jumps high =) thats cool haha she gets quite some air shes such a gorgeous girl

  • hah yeah. thank you. :]

  • wow omg that dow is so great it is a joke man wowowowow ive worked with alot of huskeys but ive never seen one that impressive wow

  • Thanks so much. :D

  • beautiful dog!my dog doesnt do well jumping off leash. *He runs around the jumps! lol. Good job, the dog obviouly loves jumping!

  • Lol thanks. And yeah, she does. :]

  • Im suprised you let him have so much freedom off the leash, does he ever run?

By the way I was ASTOUNDED!

That dog can Jump! Looked like it hurt him on the concrete tho.

    Beutiful dog.

  • Yes she does, she's only gotten as far as 1/4 of a mile once though. I have an e-collar for her now, which acts as a leash. And thanks, she just loves to jump.

  • If you're planning on doing competitive agility with her in the future, I wouldn't recommend jumping her that high. The reality is that the highest she'd ever have to jump in agility is 26 inches, and by jumping her so high you are encourageing a jumping style that is not favorable for agility. A dog should extend its legs while jumping rather than tuck eeverything underneath their body.

  • Yes I do know that now, hence the reason why I don't have videos of her jumping that high anymore.

  • that is so higher then 3 foot 6 its mrse like 4 foot 8

  • lol. yes it does appear that way, but i did measure it with a tape measure. the jump without the wooden planks beneath it is 3'1"

  • Yes I know that now. It was tar, and it was atleast eight months ago, when I joined youtube. Somebody already posted this comment before.

  • hi i love how well your dog listens but please do her a favour and DON'T JUMP ON CONCRETE!!!!!!!!!! in the beginning you did, or you jumped on some rocky surface (also bad) but good job

  • Hahahaha!! :P Funny! I do that with my dog, Ice too xD He's a siberian husky too! HE LOVES TO JUMP! LOOL He's crazy about it!! LOOL

    Great video ;) xxxxxx

  • Hey guys, I have a new and better video of Abby, it only has a few clips of her jumping but it has her new agility ones. Check it out. :]

  • I love this video but just a tip its better if your dog jumps off the leash teach her a word like "over" "jump" "up" or something like that so whenever you say it she jumps it off a leash other than that good job your dog is beautiful!!

  • thanks. :] and yes, i do. this was an exception since we just needed one last video and she wasn't cooperating much, so i think that was the only time we did use her leash. including this video and all the others that are in progress, i have used "up up" as a command for jump. you would be able to hear it on this if i didn't have the music, but the one i am making now is much much better. i do have her in agility class too, so i know all i need to know about it. :]

  • Hermoso y genial! que buen perro! y que buena adiestradora para lograr eso!

  • A new video of Abby is coming in a couple days everybody, and I am going to be starting agility classes with her on Oct. 23. :] So be prepared for more and more videos of her. And don't worry, they are much better than this one. xD

  • I love your dog, she jumps really high, well you know the wall thing she jumped, well my horse couldn't enevb jump that, if she did she would probobly knock it over... hehe

  • Lol thanks. My horse would too, we always joke about that. xD

  • Aw, she's absolutely gorgeous. My Anouk jumps all the time, she's scaled my kitchen counters O_o they sit 3'5" high.... She's a little under a year, I'll try getting some video of her doing it.

  • Thanks. Yeah, I'd love to see it :]

  • omg, is that all, shes really well trained for being so young, great dog you got there :D

  • Yep :] She's the first dog I trained alone, and she's such a sweetheart.

  • Looks like a very fit and active husky! Actually, that's the first time Ive seen a husky jump over anything....

  • Haha yeah she is very active. Loves to play and run. The vet says she's in perfect condition. :]

  • You Should Deffo Compete!

    How Old Is She?

    Kirsten xxx

  • She is 1 1/2 years old. :]

  • aww cutte x u should go into competition x

  • Thanks. :] Yeah the only problem with competing with her is that she would be too focused on everybody and every dog there. Siberian Huskies are hard to train since they are such friendly dogs.

  • Yeah, I Agree, Dont Jump Her Everyday, But Her Jump Is Amazing! She Jumps HUGE! Do You Compete??

Does She Do Other Agility, Or Just Jumping?

Have A Look At My Dog If You Like :D

  • Thanks so much, and no, I don't jump her everyday. We might be competing if we find good agility training classes, but not at the moment. She has done tunnels before, but that was in an obedience class we had her in just for fun. I do plan on getting some other agility equipment for her, if I save up enough.

  • kl but dont jump her every day coz it will cause a tendon injury x

  • Nope, she doesn't jump everyday, the part where it says "everyday routine" is when she's not on one of her break days. :]
