  • Slaughter started out in the AWA in the 70's under his real name, Bob Remus. He later became the Super Destroyer mark II. In the early 80's he went to WWF where he became the Sarge.

  • yes sir..

  • 1980 or 81

  • who the fuck really cares?????

  • This was February-March 1981. The Crusher-Bockwinkel cage match was just before this, and I remember it because it was the one wrestling card I've ever attended.

This was also during the SDII-SDIII feud; I was treated to III unmasking himself after II had turned his mask sideways and dominated him for several minutes. When III ripped his own mask off and went crazy on II, the crowd went berzerk. It was a great moment for the ticket holders.

  • What year, roughly, is this from?

  • It's easy to narrow it down, Verne Gagne and Mad Dog Vachon are mentioned as being the tag team champs, they held that title between June 6, 1979 and July 20, 1980 so this recording must of been made sometime in between those dates.
