Fake fake fake... Your IP address is NOT defined in your PC but its defined in your modem/ISP. So you cant change it yourself (unless you have a dynamic IP, then u just have to reset ur modem but thats another story). To be able to use another IP than your own, you have to use a proxy or a VPN, im not gonna explain it all.. Just letting you guys know that this is fake and probably will get u a virus.
