Considering that he did these kind of things in the Northwest US, it wouldn't make any sense at all to say that Joe went over 100kph. Hell, 100kph is nothing. I've personally seen my dad take our 1967 Aloha trailer above 90mph (144kph) with his Dodge Ram. At that speed, however, it did become quite unstable under braking (our trailer has a very low tongue weight).
