to be specific,

that would be a gigantic amount of tapioca pudding that was made in a tapioca pudding factory, which was placed by a nuclear power plant, which was spontaniously combusted by a midget yellow alien, causing the tapioca atoms to rearrange and gain a life-like personality, which involves barfing tapioca pudding and smashing the shit outta stuff, and gain eyes to form a monster made out of tapioca, while the FBI come to kill NOT the tapioca, but the alien trying to help.

The Pudding Monster isn't a seriously tough boss. The only threats are the hands and the constant stream of FBI agents on your hide.

when the hydrant shoots at the pudding monster, you can use the freak out move on his head while he's distracted by the water. i'm not kidding. you can even chomp on him while doing this, just like the other enemies!
