but for gaming (Star Craft 2) or longer intense work with a mouse, it is not enough ergonomic and my fingers hurt (for example after 1-2 hours gaming with it)

There is a little tab, with an arrow, telling you where to peel. Its Grey, on white. I still dong get how people dont see it. And then on top, the top sticker is ment so it can kinda pop up and pivot.

@cvoliver No, they are somewhat compatible. You must use the Pairing code 0000 on your Windows computer for it to pair. After the pairing, it will work. No scrolling functions, only left and right click options will work.

I have one and I have huge hands, and its fine, Takes a bit of time to get used to, but I came along. BTW get Magicprefs, it allows you to completely customize any gesture possible on the mouse, and even make it scroll and navigate faster.

as with all apple mouse without exception thinking back to the 90's it is terribly uncomfortable to use and very impractical. Imagine using your iphone as a mouse and your pretty much there. Also the fact you cant have both fingers on the mouse is horrible as naturally you want to rest your hand but you cant otherwise it wont register your clicks. Unless you have no wrist and one finger/clubbed hand i would recommend you any other mouse for a fraction of the price.

I have a Magic Mouse and I've tried the MagicPrefs. They didn't work out too well for the way I'd use it. But It was extremely easy to set up on the Mac partition, and on the Windows XP Partition I just had to use the 4 digit pin 0000 to pair the mouse via bluetooth. Left/Right click works (along with tracking) but the scrollwheel does not, on Windows, unfortunately. But it still works as a scrollwheel-less mouse.

I live closer to the Apple Store in TN and it comes from Micro Drive. Sounds cool

I have a Magic Mouse. I love it. The posture is a bit different, but once you get used to it then it's just fine. Try using only that for 2 weeks strait and then using a standard mouse. The difference is crazy

I love the magic mouse! I'd recommend you also use MagicPrefs in conjunction with your mouse. It's a great little piece of software that adds much more functionality.
