I gone out last night to buy the Oral-B electronic toothbrush based on your recommendation, it was expensive, but BOY were you right! My teeth have NEVER felt so clean. Also, thanks for the helpful tips on flossing and preliminary brushing. I didn't think it was "that" necessary but the feeling of clean that I have now is about 10 times better than what I've been doing. It's a shame they don't teach this in most public schools! Thank you so much once more and here's to a healthier mouth:D

@kalaentertainmentt Oh my gosh, that would make me crazy. You're lucky to have braces, first off, but that must be so frustrating to have to floss. Have you tried those little thin pokey sticks with tiny brushes on them?  I t hink those would work great for you.

@MakeoverSessions Start with floss! Clean both surfaces in each tooth space! Then clean each surface of teeth with regular toothbrush for about 2 minutes on mouth. Use only correct movements, not just circular movements. Ask your doctor about correct movements. Then take electric brush and clean each surface of each tooth for about 4 sec of close brush cleaning.

I love it. What a great question. I do have kids, but they don't live with me anymore. Now they are 18 and 15. I have a stepson that I raised too, he's 29 and in the service. Girlfriend, what would I leave out? I have always made time to take care of myself, even when I had babies. When you're actually doing it, you just zip through it. I'm taking the time here in my videos to explain everything. It takes me about 2 hours to get ready. I am a great multitasker, too!
