  • She's like one of the hottest grandmothers I've ever seen.

  • That's a hot grandma

  • next time dont be a dumb bitch and leave the cord where the baby can get it DUH!! how does it feel to know a 17 year old is smarter than you huh?not so good does it i really hope that baby healed well you and your daughter are D-U-M-B you probably cant even spell that stupid BITCH.

  • @valleygurl120 you are very rude! Not all parents worry about every little thing that can go wrong. Accidents happen, Clearly this is what that was. And any "smart" 17 year old would know not to insult someone who is going throug a really hard time. As well as to speak proper english and not be cursing like a little brat!

  • @Kelseysmyangel your right i apolagize i just hate seeing kids hurt i will work on acting more my age.

  • poor kid

  • Should have quickly put the baby under the faucet, and called 911, rather than drive to the hospital, but thats just my professional opinion. *smurk =P

  • ):

  • That woman looks like she could be the mom... They must have had kids young cause she looks about 40 to 45 at the most

  • My sister suffered from third degree burns at around 18 months, due to her pulling a tea towel that was hanging over the edge of the bench that on top of it had hot fat from the chipper cooling. This landed on her face and my mother in shock whiped it with a towel taking off most of her skin. This was nearly forty years ago but today you can see no scaring. This is just to say that due her young age most of her skin healed and I hope the same was for this young girl.

  • omfg this is so sad

  • this video made me cry because i feel this pain...my 4 month old got burned at 4 months.it was 2 degree burns.it was the worst day of my life and i cant forget and it was on friday the 13 =[ .sometime i cry about it still.god bless all the burn injured people.nd all the people talking shit ,shit happends okay.please dont talk especially if you dont have kids.

  • Lies lies all lies...she was trying to bar b q the baby.

  • @suntanbeautiful that was very stupid and uncalled for! have some ounce of respect, what are you bored, go find a hobby other than leaving dumb comments on hurt families videos! to the mother of the baby, may GOD BE WITH YOU THROUGH THE HEALING AND THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR STORY, MANY PEOPLE MAY BE A LITTLE MORE CAREFUL NOW!

  • @88Nick666 JUST because u dont believe in god doesnt mean we cant believe in him

  • You don't gotta talk to know one about ''plugs'' of course it's dangerous, there are many dangerous things in a home, next time watch your baby and keep away from boiler, hot, plugs, etc........Other than that the baby is beautiful, bless her <3

  • i feel bad for this poor little girl, BUT the only changes that need to be made are with the PARENTS! why did they let the girl go roaming in the kitchen unsupervised?

  • Poor baby girl, where were her mom and dad when this happend? : '-(

  • @pooperscoopermooper I hope you die :-) you piece of shit.

  • get well emma my thoughts are with u

  • Damn stupid baby..

  • shriners is a awsome hosptial they will do skin grafts on her and take the skin from the not burnt parts of her body and put it on the parts that are burnt(I think0 because that is what they did with my younger Brother who is from Uganda Aferica and was a burned Victam he is 8 now and still is going to shriners in mass. they will also teach her how to do her makeup to cover up the scarring on her face.

  • that grandma is young

  • I dont know, but isnt that girl a little young to have a kid?

  • Did they even say how old she is? I think your comment is stupid, I had my son at 16, and he has never been burned or neglected, so what are you trying to say?

  • no i dont think i will but thanks(: .

  • and what exactly do you believe ? we just rot into the ground when we die ?

  • i dont .

thats the point of FAITH .

believing something you can't see but you can feel .

  • ur not real nicky88, so noooot real, unreal is too much of a term, actually, for u... lsr

  • I'm an atheist, but that's still an ass-hole sentence.

  • how do you know God's not real ?

  • the world around you.

    prove he doesn't exist

  • yes he is

  • she ended up getting a nasty looking cut at the side of her eye we ran her to the er to make sure the socket wasnt broken! sometimes its a matter of they wont listen until they get hurt!

  • my kids have been hurt plenty of times some of those times we rushed them to the hospital! my daughter is the worst at it and the drs said we were responsible parents for coming in right away and not waiting!

  • Electricity can injure/kill, hanging cords are a hazard and any appliance that is plugged in or not opposes a hazard common sense. If that is the only spot for the appliance in reference to the outlet then maybe some thought should be put into an alternative or not done at all. As far as no where to tuck the cord away where the appliance is, simple answer, Don't use it. Find another means to do what your doing. The danger is not the outlet the danger is the user, thats my whole point...

  • Kids will be kids, they get hurt, they do stupid things. But the fact is that children are a reflection of the parents. The kids show carelessness, negligence, ignorance its a straight projection of the parents up bringing. Take responsibility, don't put blame on others. Regardless of warning, counseling, or any other hand holding, parent pampering element, you as the parent are ultimately responsible, for 21 years anyway...

  • Never said anything about you not being a responsible parent. I just simply stated that blaming the companies for putting outlets in unsafe spots is retarded because most homes require an inspection. If the plug had been shorting out and caused harm then yes that's a valid argument, but to blame engineers and construction companies is irresponsible. The engineers may put things in dumb places but its ultimately up to the consumer to use it safely and properly regardless....

  • In this case it was hinted about side plugs may be dangerous? More like people like this lady need a not to do book for their daily life. Not one person i know would use a crock pot at the end of a counter, regardless of children or not. My heart goes out the poor baby, but the mother i hope shell be more aware...

  • the inspectors are usually paid by a company to do the inspection! but you seem to forget that i places blabe on the parents as well the company should not put plugs in that area and the parents should not use it if that was me id be cookin in the bathroom if i had to to get a safe outlet! the house my husband found for us has the outlets up above the counter! but awareness can be lessened by turnin away for a second or two my daughter ran off a porch and my husband told her not to run!

  • that bitch cant make home builderas stop doing that plug thing u need a pettion ya dumb commie bitch

  • What was that "Ungh" and the end?

  • They were starting another story.

  • stupid parents

  • I hope all is well with little Emma. I will keep her in my thoughts.

  • holy shit! that's her grandma!....... gilf please?

  • when the baby gets older she will most likely go threw many skin grafts if she has skin the was not burned they will probably use that to help her face look as "normal" as possbibale. that is what they did wioth my younger brother whe was a bad burn victem from Uganda Africa. he went to Shriners in mass.

HOPE YOU GET BETTER SOON baby girl

  • I feel horrible for the baby, but why didn't the parents take more precautions with a baby in the house? It should have been common sense to plug it in out of reach, and even put up baby gates to block high-risk areas. I've seen parents lose custody for accidents that were not even half as bad. The authorities really should consider removing the child from this home because the parents were neglectful... even if it was unintentional.

  • its the construction companies fault the outlet was in an unfriendly area! many companies fail to see the danger in not provideing child safe outlets ie up out of reach and more than one or two outlets in the kitchen yo plug things in!!

  • Are you kidding me? So lets put blame on the company instead of the parent that obviously failed to keep a watchful eye on the child or much more importantly safely tuck away the cords out of reach of the child in the kitchen. Do you leave bleach and house hold chemicals under the sink with out child proofing it or stash them high in an upper cabinet out of reach?

  • it has been proven even child proof locks can be over powered by kids my daughter opened a child proofed cabinet when she was one! and yes the companies need some blame because they have a duty to inform the parents or potential parents of the hazard! im not saying they need all the blame but if i were a judge id assign at least half the blame to the company and the other half to the parents and order counsiling for the parents and their child!

  • I guess in today's society parents do need counseling in common sense areas... didn't know it was the job of companies to baby sit parents on raising their children and pointing out potential hazards. Its common sense, how much brain power is needed to compute cord hanging over edge+ young child = potential danger.....?

  • the outlet was on the side of the counter in most areas this is not done due to hazards to adults and children! the cord could not have been taken back to where its not hangin over the side! oh and its not babysitting to cover your own butt by telling the customer the potential dangers of these outlets! and i ment counceling for the injuries you are thinking parenting classes. if everyone that had a kid get hurt was gived parenting classes, there wouldnt be any left to order them!

  • to me it just seems weird how could the baby just pull the cord and/or drag a crock pot onto herself?

  • almost liek what happened to me when i was a baby except it was boiling water

  • owe that sounds really painful

  • thank god there arent like bad scars or anything i lucked out big time

  • the baby is so cute : )

  • they should watch out for that baby more carefully

  • that happned to me and i lived when that happned

  • That is one young and hot grandmother!

  • poor baby i hope she gets better and those burns go away

  • poor,poor baby!

  • I hope they didn't put fake skin on the child. There is this one chemical that allows skin to rejoin, except the layer is very thin, but it grows.

  • I truly feel terrible for the baby but I must be a bit angered that the grandmother is blaming and mad at the home builder for putting an outlet on the side of the counter which teh parents probably asked for. It's not the builder's fault for the parents letting an unattended baby into a kitchen with a crockpot!

  • The*

  • hey parents...how about not using walkers! if you had done your research you would have learned that walkers are very dangerous and useless. They create dependancy and have been known to cause curvature in an infant's spine. Where were the parents when the baby grabbed the cord? Why didn't the parents gate off the kitchen area? All of this could have been avoided...the poor little girl will forever have to suffer and struggle because of her parent's negligence!

  • i empathize with the misfortune of what happened and also believe those plugs are unsafe. it reall draws their attention because it's right in the middle of all the activity usually. fingers or items but i didn't think of the seemingly obvious either. bad idea, yes!

i will pray also for your grandaughter and family in these times of crisis.

i am here for support if needed also. been there some time ago myself.

    God Bless.
