Honestly, i think she did fantastic for her second day on manual, especially in this beast. I learned to drive in an 86 5.0 5 speed mustang and it took me 2 days of 1 hour each to get the clutch down. Kudos

I dont get how in Aus, you can drive cars, like this one, and High performance cars that can go 0-100 in 4 seconds ( just an example) on your L's, then they say when on your P plates you can only drive 6 cylinders or less. No turbo's, or superchargers..

I get the P plate restriction, what I dont get is why you can learn in extremely fast cars, whats the purpose?

@357daedalus I would go somewhere in between. Me personally being a guy, I would've loved to start out in something fast. I drove my parents cars before I ever had a learners permit. But I'm getting off topic. I would say start them out in something big, like a truck or suv. Just because they are a little harder to drive (parking, backing up, etc), and most of them have V8s so it will have a bit of power for them to get used to. It seems like a good idea to me!
