did this in the weight room with my friend the other day, i ran him strait back to the end of a wrestling matt and literally tossed him 4-5 ft onto the bench press bench... he missed the last few years of football and said as long as he was fast enough he could own on the line..i told him theres gonna be dudes bigger than me... he's hitting the weights alot harder now.

@jcomeaux1 yea, because depending on which drill a team uses depends on if they win a title or not. Btw, it was 2000. ou is the greatest college football program of all time. look it up on espn.com the big cat drill came from the oklahoma drill

@kiundot I play american football and this drill is prob the most fun and memorable part of practice because you get your chance to go one on one and make tackles. A lot of other parts are fundamentals and team work so not everyone really gets a chance to be involved but this drill is different and a LOT of fun. Its not really a fuss but more so for other people to see where the drill originated because they are called "oklahomas".
