Ok... I am a diehard fan of Tonedeff.. he is the shit for sure.. He has ill rhymes that each contain deep meaning. The context in which he writes is just eyebrow raising and jaw dropping but some of you really need to study other emcees,rappers,etc. Twista is as very fast, some of the stuff he does isn't so amazing, i.e. Category 5.. mostly sort of softer songs... but listen to his old stuff.. i.e. emotions, creep fast, tongue twista, he has been skilled. I do prefer Tonedeff's style though.

@Erolina1 Thats the problem everyone judges talent based on sales. Sales dont mean anything except that people somewhere bought the album because it was heavily marketed towards them and they bought into it. I mean how many people honestly still listen to that terrible pop rap album they bought even 2-3 years ago? Not many because it wasnt quality it was just the "thing" to be into at the time.

Just ones that actually have in depth sentence structure, word play, a real flow not some half talk half yell, and words that are larger than 4 letters in their lines. If you are an artist, if u can draw, create graffiti... this music means the world to you, maybe thats why i see eminem in a different way than someone that isnt "creative".
Either way eminem is not my type of music, not to offend but sounds stupid to me =). (because his music has no meaning in my life, no "message" if you will)

@1Huesos9 Mines similar, but most artists that are struggling (Whom of which wouldnt be artists like Tech N9ne and Immortal Technique who are way more widely known) would love to get airtime on the radio, promoted on MTV and VH1, but they can't because the industry right now has music locked down. Lyrics are forced to fit generic simplistic styles that are catchy and easy for the 5th grade minded 27 year old to listen to.

People always say Relapse is his worst album when infact Encore was the worst album he put out and by far the closest to mainstream.
