  • I don't speak German but it's not hard to see their fooked!!!

  • Couldn't understand a word they said except Kaput, Kaput.....

  • poiltictions start wars, soldiers fight the wars, in the end its the civilians that suffer the most...bullets and bombs dont discriminate, humans do..and if you all read the shit that is being written on this site you can see humans havent learnt anything...everyone is right no-one is wrong so let the gun sort it out!

  • @OHNGAI Some are wrong. Ask the survivors of Bergen-Belsen what they think. Hiltler wasn't going to be defeated with debate, only armed force. And for your information many German politicians in the Weimar republic did try to keep the peace-the Fuhrer took care of them (and many more).

  • @BOORAGG so-what, if you read my comment properly ,you would see that the point i was making is that 'humans' havent learnt anything from past wars, one country says this and another says that, next thing theres a war...the only way 'all'humans' know how to sort out shit is with wars and no-one wins, because just like here the arguements carry on and on and on ...this war was 70 years ago and people are still bitching about shit

  • Hitler didn't declare war on Poland or the Soviet Union, either - he didn't want to spoil the surprise, apparently.

  • I finally got away from that FANCE SUMMER video!

  • 0:55 - am I hearing a Merlin engine being dubbed in? LOL!

  • Gut, dass ich in der Ederstrasse wohne! :P

  • hoogi. You are so right!Every film clip of WWII is always accompanied by frenzied denunciations, explanations, justifications and abuse. The problems are NOW!How about a debate over the rights and wrongs of the Napoleonic Wars.Any takers?Und was heisst hier 47 Tote?Es war mehr al 800

  • who gives a flying phuq what happened 60 years ago?

    the problem is N O W

and is that the rag-heads are trying to take over the world.

    phuq that 4 a joke.

  • no rebar???!

  • So far people have simply assumed that I am both American and German for having a different viewpoint, one that conforms with actual history. I find it amusing!

  • was Hitler not the leader of Germany at the time then? As for the WWI yeah lets start a war that engulfs the whole of Europe and kills millions because one man died.

  • Germans did not start either of the world wars. the first world war was started by the assassination of Franz Ferdinand the Archduke of Austria which was comitted by the Black Hand (Military Society formed by members of the Serbian Army). the second world war was started by Adolf Hitler who is Austrian.

If i am wrong, and you have a legit place where you got the information then please correct me.

  • @matheusfredrich13 ...of course germans just got tricked into it.... lol

  • @xstamdecay

Actually, they were talked into it. Hitler before the war was a great speaker and leader and offered his people a path into economic success in return for their support. When the war began his true ugly side came to life.

  • @speakdino10 He started the war so yes, but his truly ugly side came out when he began exterminating an entire race of people, long before 1 Sept, 1939. Some might say long before that!

  • @GeddyBre

I wasn't just referring to the holocaust. I was referring to the fact that his nation was losing on all fronts and he still wanted to keep fighting. Regardless, he is a terrible man, but one of the best speakers in history. He got an entire nation to turn a blind eye to his atrocities and support his war agenda.

  • @speakdino10 Well said, I do think his oratory skills above par early in life, but I also think he was a master at reading the downtrodden German people and adapting his message to fit the circumstances, thus exploiting the 1930's German people at large to gain power for his ultimate objectives. Whether it was his megalomania, or even the syphilis, I believe he was well beyond crazy by the end, probably well before that.

    nice chatting with you speakdino10.

  • @GeddyBre - Judaism is a religion, a lifestyle, a culture - but it is not a race. There are those who would describe it as such for their political purposes, however, and Hitler was one of them.

  • @JBofBrisbane They are also an ethnicity. The 12 tribes of Israel emigrated from Palestine. They are SEMITES, a completely different race to Caucasian Europeans. The only reason this would ever be confused is if there was inter-racial mixing...

  • @matheusfredrich13 True, but the seeds of WWII lie in the desperation Germany was in as a result of the French and British strangulation of the German people and economy. Germany was bankrupt, its raw resources being sent to the Allies and suppression of the German populace as in the Saar, Ruhr and Rhineland (reference the Krupps factory massacre). The British and French sewed the seeds for the rise of the Nazis and subsequently WWII.

  • @matheusfredrich13 The rise of Hitler was completely reactionary and out of utter desperation.

  • putos alemanes

  • Up the Ante with your stiff shit of a Queen, you idiots!

  • Up yr ass Brits, deal with it. You aint worth a shit (Finland)!

  • i think you got you history mixed up schredder if we built up AN ARMY BEFORE GOING TO WAR THEN ANY COUNTRY COULD LAST A LONG TIME AND THEN THERES THE DIRTY TACTICT THE GERMANS USED, REMMEMBER YOU LOST BOTH WARS YOU IDIOTS STARTED

  • @parablob Germany didn't started WW1, and did only started WW2 in europe. You failed, Mr. Ignorant fat american, sir.

  • how ironic a small island all alone beat the FUCKING SHIT out of the germans

OWNED and germans are just one big EPIC FAIL

  • @SRSpoony Ah yeah, I think you'll find Britain had the help of two of the largest powers in the world, America and USSR. I don't call that all alone. Had Germany defeated Russia, which it so nearly did, Germany would've gone straight back for Britain. Germany took on practically the entire world and so nearly won. That goes beyond anything Britain has done.

  • @Schredder222 ah the yanky speaks, i can tell that cos as usual you think you saved the world from everything and that your incharge of the world.

go troll some place else and stfu, brits dont need your help never had and never will sunshine ;)

  • @SRSpoony I'm Australian... And no, you could not have won the war by yourself, fact...

  • @Schredder222 aus aus aus oy oy oy

  • @Schredder222 lol yeha ok sunshine ;) you just think that, and we defo didnt need your sorry ass help thats for sure

  • @SRSpoony

Actually, Schredder is right. The US, USSR, and Britain did not win the war alone. The Allies won by working together. US provided fresh man power and equipment, UK provided a foothold on Nazi occupied Europe, and USSR provided pure manpower.

  • @speakdino10 well said sir you are a voice of reason

  • @SRSpoony Without the help of Canada and the Yanks, the U.K. would have starved to death in WW2, so yeah, brits did need their help - and may again.

  • @Schredder222 so very true

  • @Schredder222 you sound so proud. Your nation started 2 world wars, out of greed. Millions died due to the German hunger for power. You nation is responsible for the genocide of millions of people. But so long as you are proud thats all that matters. FYI, i spent 16 years in Germany, i visited Belsen, i am aware of the culture of denial that has spread through your nation. You may choose to forget but the rest of the world will not!

  • @eldrechr I'll say it once more for those of you who are obviously mentally challenged... I am Australian. I am not American, I am not German. AUSTRALIAN. So take your claims of prejudice elsewhere. Goes to show how much you are relying on claims of prejudice to discredit truth. I am speaking not from a bias, but from the history books...

  • @eldrechr

Actually, the first world war was started over an assassination and a tangled web of Alliances. The second world war was started because Hitler wanted to reunited Germany and then got carried away. Greed is a factor for all sides in all wars, but to simply blame it all on greed is ignorant.

Did you even have a history class in school????????

  • I might have mentioned Germany but I think I got away with it.

  • Winners write the history books... If germany had won Bommer Harris would have been declared a war criminal, Mel Brooks and therefore Albert Brooks wouldn't be alive and 2 of the best jewish made things (Spaceballs and The Simpsons) wouldn't exist...

    END OF ALL WW2 ARGUMENTS.

  • @MadBadger I think you mean James L. Brooks. Albert Brooks gets way too much credit for The Simpsons...

  • @Kleinfurkon Yeah I noticed my mistake soon after posting, But there is so many things the Jews have done that are rather good... I mean apart from Ramstein what have the Germans done for entertainment? It'd be a rather dull future if the Germans had won... I doubt 'Hollidays with Hitler' would have taken off.

  • Every WWII Vid causes a discussion.....retarded morones -_-

Just watch the vid and shut the fuck up!

  • @TheZenheiser What are "morones"? Is that like a Spanish tapas dish?

  • Looks like something out of emergency 4

  • Last time I checked my history books, the U.K. (and France) declared war on Germany first. Hitler refrained from almost ALL offensive operations in the West for nearly NINE months. Germany had every right to defend itself from British attacks.

  • @8ALICAT Ah so thats alright then ... Got it now. We started the war on the poor Germans. They did nothing wrong. There was no Holocaust. We did all the bombing and they didn't. And life would be 'alles in ordnung' all over Europe now of course ..

  • Bomber Harry ist auch der Massenmörder der Lazaretstadt Dresden.

  • @ullerich1000 And Hermann Goering was a saint in a white uniform of course ...

  • Solch ein Schwachsinn mit der "Todesstrafe". Damit will man nur von den Verbrechen der Engländer ablenken.

  • Call of Duty 1 Mission

  • Barnes Wallace says hello!

  • Dam, that worked well.

  • Amazing footage. Makes you wonder how much more is out there, in Russia, UK, US, etc.

  • hitler is not responsible for this all things, but all europ and britan country is Absorption on germany......................

  • hate is for hitler

  • The question is Why do you turn up the volume on videos that are in a language you don't understand?

  • We are facing the exact same case here, this time it will be global distruction. All civilians will be declared the enemy.

  • The German people suffered terribly like the Russians, Thank Heavens it's finished, though not for the voiceless tortured & Murdered Civilian Afghans getting bombed everyday to fill the pockets of USA-UK Arms Companies!

  • I am a Brit & sailed on the Mohnesse lake we bombed that Dam a swell, I have to admit it was largely a Publicity stunt, to impress the then president, the forced Labour camps in the Valley below that dam were swept away, but they were Victims as were virtual slave to the Regime. Most Germans did not want War at all, but they were Bankrupted & Humiliated by punishing reparations forced in by the French after WW1.

  • @wind4watts Not just the French. All the allies were a party to the vindictive settlement at the end of WW 1

  • @tmarkgrundy Yes we were are all signatories to it, but the French who lost by far the most Men than the rest were the most stubborn (most sources say at least) Germany was churning out Tractors Machinery Locomotives Food to pay them off whilst ordinary Germans lived in Poverty.. was a recipe for the future disaster, Post WW2 they did it better, I was always made very welcome in Germany when visiting Westfalen often..

  • my german is a bit rusty, but i believe this is an apology for the nazi blitz across europe. germany, i forgive you. you make such damn fine cameras and lenses!

  • @alitlweird It's not an apology at all. It is simply a report on how this old naval officer took film of the Eder dam after it had been bombed by the RAF (filming it was was punishable by death during the Nazi times) A friend of his fixed the camera in the and the naval officer paid him with the film, but told him he couldn't let anyone see it until after he had died. Your, German isn't rusty, it would appear it's non existent. lol.

  • Hey, I heard her say one German word I know; “tot”.

    Someone is dead. Right?

Those people made great dams ,cameras and guns.

Race or nation, those people almost “conquered” the world.

The dark “races” ought to be thankful that so many white people fought and died to keep that from happening.

Providence. Maybe in things like the D-Day invasion weather.

  • @notahemi

The dark "races" shouldnt thank white people for anything, they should blame them for everything, and some actually do so. Noone fought this war for moral reasons, the americans entered the war in europe for economic reasons, the british simply thought they were the greatest in the beginning, and the war between russia and germany would have happened anyway.

  • @2ab6 Guessing you are German. Two things I find true. 1. Many “darks” do blame whites for every thing. That tells you all you need to know about “dark” people in general. Exceptions like Thomas Sowell who will say blacks in America should be glad for slavery.2 Correct Hitler/Stalin would have invaded anyway.

Totally false that America entered for economics. Look up Colin Powell quote “the only land we ever asked for was enough land to bury our dead. And that is the kind of nation we are.”

  • the broken dam proved to be a propaganda and morale boost to the British. The main result was school, church and village flooded

  • i did not understand one word of that...

  • Comment removed

  • and how else are we to learn about history then?, idiot!.

  • A secret on youtube = Fail

  • Lousy Krauts

  • Let's not forget the fucking countless millions your barbarous evil fucking grandparents did to many other Europeans, Jews, gypsies and legitimate prisoners of war. Germany deserved every shell bullet and bomb fired at it, and more. Don't dare call them "terror fliers" they were braver than the evil scum manning the concentration camps. You have a very short memory.

  • Nachdem der ADOLF weg vom Fenster war, haben sich viele HELDEN gemeldet ..... so sind halt die Menschen.....

  • Can anyone please tell this slut to shut the fuck up

  • The germans only have their own people to blame for committing one of the worst attrocities of all time. It was the land of the Nazis. A lot of Germans are nice people however, they will have to bear the shame of the forefather for generations to come. It couldn't have have happened if the German people on masse had rose up stopped it from happening, They didn't, they had to be beaten by the Allied forces. Therefore land of the Nazis is correct.

  • @markra luckely the ,,peace loving,, yanks where there to liberate germany ,by way of terror bombing every major city in central europe ,killing millions of innocent women and children ,don,t really know if i should call you a hippocrit ,a sanctemoneoes dummy ,or just a naive victim of us propaganda ,never mind ,ill remember you in my prayers

  • @langhard1 its funny becauss this wasnt even america. Great Brittian led most of the air raids. Including the dam bombings.

  • interesting

  • What camera is that?

  • I hate it when people call Germany a land of Nazis.

  • @1988deef But, it is...

  • @LetsGoToNeverLand No, it isn't.

  • @1988deef Land of the Nazi! La! La! La!

  • @LetsGoToNeverLand Can you give wise comments, too?

  • @LetsGoToNeverLand Look it is not nice to be mean to the germans just because of the nazis. Now most germans are very nice and you shouldn't bully them.

  • @1988deef well, it wouldn't be any other country...

  • @1988deef Would you like it better if they called it the land of National Socialist Workers Party? Actually that party died with Hitler, but the term "Nazi" still and probably will always be associated with Germany. It's the old goat fucker theory of character, you're only remembered by worst thing you did.

Just Google "got your goat joke" or "McGregor the goat fucker" and you'll understand.

  • @1988deef

Only Jews call Germany Nazi land

  • @1988deef blame hollywood

  • @1988deef i agree.

  • Funny how most of the people here wern't alive when this war happened , but can make comments about hatting the Germans. You have no right in hatting a race if you didn't fight in that or any war. 1 thing I hate the most are people that judge something they really know nothing about except out of a book.

  • @dingodawg1968 You don't have to be a first-hand witness in order to acknowledge the evil committed by others (Nazi Regime). Whether it is in a newspaper, book, or on the news; a reasonable person should be able to determine right and wrong. The Nazi belief system and their despicable acts were evil.

  • @bubbalikescorn But you act like the Germans were the only one to commit such acts. You forget about the genocide of the Native American by the US Government, The Genocides in Cambodia, Rwanda, Croatia, and even the genocide of the Palestinians by the Israelis. People have been doing evil stuff to one another for thousands of years and acting as if the Germans were any worse than anyone else is ridiculous.

  • @CRAZYHORSE19682003 Thanks for listing some of the other evil acts committed around the world. Sadly, the list is longer. It goes to my original post about not having to be present to acknowledge crimes against humanity. I was speaking generally about horrible people, but since this thread is about the Nazi's; it was relevant to mention them in my reply to dingodawg1968.

  • @bubbalikescorn Yes, sadly the list is alot longer in the name of greed, power, religion ect, humanties crimes against humanity is horrendous, will we ever learn?.

  • @CRAZYHORSE19682003 Yes, people have got very short memories when it comes to pointing the finger at other countries, well said.

  • @CRAZYHORSE19682003 Wičháša na wíŋyaŋ otóiyohi iglúhapi na iyéhaŋyaŋ wówažapi. Tȟaŋmáhel slol'íč'iyapi na kičhíwičhowepi s'e kičhíčhuwapi kta héčha.

  • @CRAZYHORSE19682003 Exactly!!! Europeans basically wiped Native Americans off the map, but history books are written by the victors. Genocide has been happening since the beginning of time and will continue to happen, no matter how hard people try to control it.

  • @dingodawg1968

hatting the germans? How many of them wear hats these days anyway?

  • @dingodawg1968 You have no right in spelling that bad.

  • @dingodawg1968

I will hat anyone I please.

  • @dingodawg1968 we are all the same race. The human race.

  • @dingodawg1968 So you don't think we should learn from books? If you were not in a German death camp then you can't have an opinion on the holocaust?

  • @dingodawg1968 Um the Germans are not a race the are a country! Only three races. Caucasian, Mongolian, and Negro. Hitler wanted to make them a race though. Maybe you should read some of said "books"

  • @dingodawg1968 and yet us white Americans have to deal with it all the time, because some of our great-great-great-grand parents owned slaves.

  • @Arayanrevenge Also other countries hating Americans because of what our leaders do.

  • @leddenpc Leaders, generally speaking, are voted into power by their people and so reflect the attitudes of a majority (not all) the people in that country.

  • @MrHammod60 Unless you live in the United States then the "Electoral College" elects your Pres. and the people you vote in are actually under the control of "Corporations". Me personally I don't care what other countries do as long as it's not against us or Allies. America is gonna fall like every other great civilization. Democracy works but not for everyone and it has a limited shelf life. Oh well life will go on lol

  • @dingodawg1968 german's aren't a "race" they are society. a dislike of them isn't racism, it is a prejudice. many who fought that war are still alive and here...so spare us the politically correct scolding, your ignorance is showing.

  • @ensinitas People often use the terms racism when what they mean ethnocentric. A dislike of the is ethnocentricity. There is a strong link between the two, although they aren't really the same thing.

  • @dingodawg1968 Germans are not part of a race, Hitler thought so, and that was only part of his demented issues.

  • @dingodawg1968 I can't judge National Socialism because it was funded for people years ago?

  • @dingodawg1968 damn germans...

  • I remember that in call of duty....(game)

  • Look here for proof

    watch?v=z_F0zLZLJCg&feature=fvwrel

  • Did you guys know that the methods the British used to bomb this dam is what gave George Lucas the idea for bombing the Death Star in Star Wars.

  • amazing footage, thanks for the posting.

  • My son's stepmother was a survivor of this bombing. She remembers it very well. She stated that she was 7 years old whe this happened. She and her mom were baking a birthday cake when the damn was hit. Many many people died that day! :(

  • what was your countries excuse for siding with hitler,

  • Interesting stuff.

  • It would be nice if some one could stick sub titles on the video.

  • The aim of the RAF and later the USAF was to destroy German public morale by indiscriminent bombing of Civilian targets. It achieved the exact opposite. The spirit of the Germans soared even as they cussed out the Nazi regime. I was there as a child and remember the bombings in Cologne. I still have what is now called PTSD, my sister had phosphor burns on her feet. And most of the US and British public did not know about that strategy.

  • "The Royal Air Force and the US bombing fleet took three years to halfway master the technique of airborne fire bombing: the preparation of an inextinguishable inner city fire." (Jörg Friedrich).

When you throw 600,000 incendiary bombs on a city filled with refugees, you're DELIBERATELY goin' to kill thousands of INNOCENT CHILDREN.

  • @Dualismoassoluto For Dresden read Coventry, for Cologne read Liverpool, for Berlin read London. The first bombs dropped on civilians was by the Luftwaffe during the Battle of Britain. Churchill ordered an immediate and similar response on Berlin. What goes around comes around. War is a filthy filthy business and we mustn't judge what happened60 years ago by today's standards or accepted practices. RIP all who died in bomber raids....

  • @1chish First bombs on civilians were dropped on other European countries way way before the battle of britain even started, we as Dutch got bombed on our main cities, those were all civilian targets were 1000's of people died and do not forget the other first invaded countries, like Poland etc.

    lol.

  • @md0206 I do apologise if I gave offence. You are correct of course and in comparing Britain and Germany I was trying to show how ALL countries suffered. I also should have made clear I was referring to where the first bombs fell on civilians in Britain. The Dutch and others had to endure the 'Blitzkreig' of land war where the British thankfully didn't although we did endure years of the 'Blitz' from the skies. All such a terrible waste but we had to rid Europe of the Nazis.

  • @1chish Don't be too sorry, I understood you point and I was already thinking that you probably was only talking about Britain, so yeah, I was just tempted to say something ahah since we as Dutch got bombed pretty nasty aswell but we are peanuts compared to what the Nazi's did to Poland and the capital which was pretty much annihilated.

This bombing terror tactic of Nazi Germany worked very well they knew everyone would surrender, Hitler's lack of developing airplanes later on cost him the war.

  • @1chish

On September 3, 1939 - two days after Germany had invaded Poland - Neville Chamberlain declared war on Germany. On September 17, Soviet Union attacked Poland from the east, and Britain did not do a thing. Someone wrote: "Since the defensive pact between Britain, France and Poland said nothing about the Soviet Union, the British and French refused to declare war against them".

    What a pathetic excuse.

  • @1chish

Indeed: ALL the victims of bomber raids should be mourned, no matter which country or ethnic group they belonged to.

  • @1chish "We mustn't judge what happened60 years ago by today's standards or accepted practices". You must be kidding. If what you say was true, we couldn't judge the Einsatzgruppen mass-murder operations as well.

  • @Dualismoassoluto We must learn by our mistakes in the past and never let it happen again, all of us!.

  • @urbanfox53

    I agree.

  • @1chish So are you saying that what happened 60yrs ago wont happen again, if you are then look at recent waring conflict, we are a waring race of people, no matter what standards or practices apply today or any other day, only greed, power, and religion cause wars, that has never changed.

  • @urbanfox53 Not really. I just think that people today shouldn't pass judgment using today's concepts and values on those that lived 60 years ago. We are not in a total war and fighting for survival and they were. Different times and different needs and priorities. Personally I totally admire what the RAF (which included Commonwealth, Canadian and American personnel) did in 39, 40, 41 and 42. We took the fight to the Nazis in their backyard when no one else could. But war is a filthy business.

  • @1chish you admire bombing civilian targets?

  • @2ab6 We were being 'Blitzed' with incendiaries from the skies and U boats were trying to starve us into submission and my country fought back. That spirit to fight back is what I admire. The RAF was the only way to take that fight to the Nazis. Britain never started the War and when every other European country caved in we stood totally alone until late 1943 giving the platform for the allied invasion in 1944. The Nazis caused Germans to die. It was not because we fought back. War is war sadly.

  • @1chish last time i checked a history book its said the british declared war on germany. You dont know if destroying cities was the only way to defeat the germans, and simply saying that now is a cheap excuse for a huge warcrime. Britain never stood alone, if it had, there wouldnt have been submarines to cut off the resupplies. The nazis were indeed the reason germany died, but the british were the ones that took the action.

  • @2ab6 Hitler started WWII by invading Poland surely? No I don't know if bombing cities was the only way because I wasn't there and neither were you but I totally respect what my forfathers felt they were forced to do. OK by 'Britain' it is understood to mean 'Britain and the Commonwealth' but I was specifically referring to the convoys from the USA which was (until Pearl Harbour) still a neutral country selling (please note) Britain the war materials it needed. But we were alone in that fight.

  • @1chish

Hitler started a War, i doubt he wanted to start a world war. You can defenetly know bombing cities wasnt the right way, BECAUSE YOU DIDNT LIVE AT THAT TIME. hope you get my point.

  • @1chish WW2 started in Asia in 1936 when Japan invaded China.

  • @chancergordy ehh no when Germany invaded Austrai and then Poland you Retard

  • @supersullo1 . You are an ignorant person, read your history books, Japan invaded China in 1936, Germany invaded Austria in 1938,

Tell the Chinese that WW2 started in 1938.

I noticed you can't spell properly, you don't know when to use capital letters and you don't know how to punctuate sentences!

    Ya illiterate wanker!

  • @1chish america almost pussy'd out aswell..roosevelt was going to let britain be choked to death...the sinking of the french fleet showed him britain is no pussy

  • @DACHRONIKDISTRIBUTER Yeah right

  • @DMAN7587...do u agree or are you an american who somehow was offended by what i said?

  • @2ab6 Good heavens, man, you need a major attitude adjustment and reality check. You are so far off base - so unreal. This kind of denial is agenda driven. Your problem. Feel sorry for you. I hope you can somehow manage to find some sort of balance in your life and stop carrying around this horrible burden of guilt.

  • @1chish. The German people seemed to be swept along with the hype and propaganda.

At the end of the day, horrible things happen in war, unfortunately, to win a war you have to destroy the opposing country's ability to continue it, people have to be unable to fight. Killing them is one way of stopping them fighting! [sadly]

  • @chancergordy yah, i know that.
