PRO TIP: take a medicine bottle like he has here, break it up loosely into small(ish) pieces, drop 1 nickle into the container. close it up, shake it up for like 10 sec, poof! finely ground herb.

my technique is shaking a nug in a prescription bottle. it breaks up the weed nicely and the trichomes build around the rim of the bottle which you can scrape off with a razor. im not sure if anyone else does this method but the weed gets really really fine. try it out.

If you do that, you will notice more of the crystals will detach from the bud.

Bad idea if you are joint rolling, find idea if your smoking a bowl.

In a joint the crystals will be breathed in much easier then the heavier plant.

In bowls, assuming there is a screen, the crystal will burn just fine.
