Vance did this same song as an encore at Cheney Hall in Oct. Very powerfull indeed! I concur with the previous posters and encourage everyone to see him live.

As amazing as this clip is (and it is AMAZING), it doesn't come close to capturing how powerful Vance's un-amplified voice really is. It shakes the rafters!!

Thanks for archiving (or somehow finding) and then posting this series of performances from so long ago. Vance's progress as one of America's finest performance artists deserves far more attention than it's previously received.

If you haven't seen Vance Gilbert in person YET, do yourself a huge favor and catch one of his concerts!!!

Amazing voice! Amazing spirit! Amazing songwriter! Vance is, well, AMAZING! I can't think of another word that comes close to describing him. I have goosebumps! Brilliant.
