Looking at my juvie Sal, I guess I have a male....according to dwss59. I'm cool with that. Their colors are more vibrant anyways. They also grow larger. :)

The female will normally have a black blotch on her upper back/dorsal. hope this helps.

Great sals, after I bought a female for my male, they both turned really dark and my male is alwats in his cave and not as outgoing as before, do you know why?
