I'm so sorry.The same sort of thing happened to me this year with one of my ex racers. I didn't want to sell him, but because i kept Enigma, he had to go.. He went to an amazing home with a good friend, but an accident on the yard meant the end of him. I was absolutely heartbroken, for him and his new family who did everything possible for him, he was such a sweetheart and had an amazing future ahead of him. Be strong hun, feeling the way you do is natural. You and Joanne obviously loved him. xx
I am so sorry, i cried the whole time and read the description. You're an inspiration. We lost a horse I thought we could never replace. It's hard to lose your best friend. What I did was make a scrapbook of pictures with all my favorite memories. Everytime i felt scared or lonley i looked at them and thought of the brave heart that he had. Beautiful video, the same thing happened to me, i sold one of my horses and then a year later they rang to tell us he had to be put to sleep after an on going issue and he was in to much pain to keep fighting. Its hard but its for the best and to get them out of pain, i cried for weeks thinking it was just a nightmare, but stay strong and remember your best memories of your time together.xxx

I am so sorry about Sam, know that even though his life was short it was incredibly happy and he left this world in a place he loved with people he loved. Losing a horse is one of the most difficult experiences you can go through, nothing can explain the pain it brings. I lost my beautiful Molly in the summer, so I can understand how you and his owner will be feeling. He was a truly special pony, you have so many wonderful memories and you'll always have them. Stay strong sweetheart x

Oh my God. I can't believe it. I am SO sorry for your loss, he was a fantastic little pony who I and many others absolutely loved to watch. You and Joanne made his short life so special and happy and full, it's such a tragedy it ended so suddenly. If you ever need to talk or anything, I'm here to listen and support you. aww i'm so so sorry :( i cannot even begin to imagine what you must be going through but always remember how well you did with him! he would not have been anywhere near the pony he was if you hadn't have taught him! you are seriously such an incredible rider and the bond you make with horses is unbelievable xxx

oh wow i don't even know what to say :( I feel heartbroken for you, no one deserved for this to happen. Life can just be so cruel, throwing stupid stuff here and there, almost as if its mocking us. Nothing anyone here can say can really make you feel better, its just going to take time to understand how it could happen. Just be strong, and know that you have thousands of people behind you here. I am so sorry, when I read the beginning of the description, I was just so shocked. He was a beautiful young horse, and I just, I just don't get how something so kind and lovely could be taken like that at such a young age. Beautiful video, the same thing happened to me, i sold one of my horses and then a year later they rang to tell us he had to be put to sleep after an on going issue and he was in to much pain to keep fighting. Its hard but its for the best and to get them out of pain, i cried for weeks thinking it was just a nightmare, but stay strong and remember your best memories of your time together.xxx

This makes me remember the horses at my old barn that died of a colic related death... I just hope and pray that the horses at my current barn will never have to suffer from anything like colic!!! I know exactly how you feel! :(
