What if I drink a lot of greentea, and mint tea, do I have to drink extra water on top of this, or can I keep on drinking my tea, and sub what isnt used for tea with water?
So if I weigh myself at the begining of the week and it says 1390. So then if I do this for a week, by the end of the week I'll be down to 120? Cause I'm trying to lose stomach fat.

Makes sense. I always feel bloated and heavy because I retain so much water weight from not drinking enough. Ever since i started drinking more water and doing the warm water with fresh lemon first thing in morning i've been less bloated and lighter. I lost 8 lbs in 3 days. 8lbs of water weight is crazy! 2. drinking 1.5liters of water a day.
3. eating less.

Well, you'll notice that if you increase your salt intake, your consumption of water will also go up and you'll be peeing less.
Then likewise, you'll notice after you've built up your high salt, that when you stop eating so much salt, you start peeing a lot and drinking a lot less.
At least that's what happens with me. But I like salt, so usually, my water consumption, 3/4 of a gallon/day is what I end up drinking. But then I'm a guy, and guys tend to consume more naturally.
I actually already drink about 3/4 of a gallon of water a day, normally. It's expensive too because I refuse the drink the tap water here, filtered or not, so Walmart gives a good deal on Great Value spring water.
You can see that the primary reason why we drink more or less water in a day is consistent with the amount of salt we have in our bodies. You probably realize that staying properly hydrated makes you pee a lot, about every hour, sometimes every half hour, if you drink too much. . . .
Shoot, if you want, you could lose about 20 pounds in the same amount of time. Cut your salt intake and, as you say, lose the water weight, and then drink down a bottle of Magnesium Citrate. It's a laxative that washes out most of the excrement that's ready to come out. You'll lose 10 pounds of excrement in about 2 days, and the other 10 pounds water weight, and viola, if you don't care about the fact that you're not really losing fat weight and you just need to get under the weight requirement.
One just has to ask, who cares about losing 10 pounds if it's only water weight? Water weight isn't fat weight. Water weight is just that, water. Water doesn't give you the love handles, water doesn't give you the bulge on the midriff, water doesn't make your belly stick out except after you first guzzle down a lot.
The only people concerned about losing ten pound regardless of where it comes from would be those who hover around the borderline trying to make weight requirements.

What I did to lose ten pounds a week, is to eat 1 meal a day, eat tons and tons of healthy snacks (fruits, veggies, crackers) whenever you get hungry. Especially watermelon, and peaches, drink loads of water. You're not starving youself, so don't give me crap about it. But that's how I lost 10 pounds in less then a week.
@kapowshi I'm doing the same thing, and its working wonderfully. I eat dinner, in smaller portions, and during the day (7am-7pm) I have a snack every 2 hours if I'm hungry. I drink 9+ glasses of water a day, and walk 2miles a day.

@haloismydrug I usually eat around 12pm - 1pm. But I eat fruits, salads, oatmeal, for breakfast. I don't really consider that as a meal, more like a snack, but it keeps you from feeling hungry in the mornings.

@juliafireflyygurl hey i have some advice. :) well are u consuming more calories than you are burning? cuz i remember i tried this water method and it didnt work becuase all i was doing is drinking water and eating alot! u gotta slim down ur daily intake of food and drink more water! also there are some water pills that help a little bit but i wouldnt recomend those. :P
@juliafireflyygurl My tip is to skip all soda's and just stick with water and eat after the plate model. You should also have 30 mins activity per day and train like one hour 2-3 times a week. (Cardio workouts is great)
@juliafireflyygurl well u gotta do more than just drink the water of course eat right cut out all junk food and excercise! try getting atleast and hour aday 30 min run or walk and the other 30 mins cruches all that junk. and taking in the water will also wash out your body and you should be dropping weight like that! I am going into 10th grade and I would also like to lose weight in 1 month before I go to school. hopefully we both get motivation and loss it before we get there :)

One just has to ask, who cares about losing 10 pounds if it's only water weight? Water weight isn't fat weight. Water weight is just that, water. Water doesn't give you the love handles, water doesn't give you the bulge on the midriff, water doesn't make your belly stick out except after you first guzzle down a lot.
The only people concerned about losing ten pound regardless of where it comes from would be those who hover around the borderline trying to make weight requirements.

What I did to lose ten pounds a week, is to eat 1 meal a day, eat tons and tons of healthy snacks (fruits, veggies, crackers) whenever you get hungry. Especially watermelon, and peaches, drink loads of water. You're not starving youself, so don't give me crap about it. But that's how I lost 10 pounds in less then a week.

@kapowshi I'm doing the same thing, and its working wonderfully. I eat dinner, in smaller portions, and during the day (7am-7pm) I have a snack every 2 hours if I'm hungry. I drink 9+ glasses of water a day, and walk 2miles a day.

@haloismydrug I usually eat around 12pm - 1pm. But I eat fruits, salads, oatmeal, for breakfast. I don't really consider that as a meal, more like a snack, but it keeps you from feeling hungry in the mornings.

@juliafireflyygurl hey i have some advice. :) well are u consuming more calories than you are burning? cuz i remember i tried this water method and it didnt work becuase all i was doing is drinking water and eating alot! u gotta slim down ur daily intake of food and drink more water! also there are some water pills that help a little bit but i wouldnt recomend those. :P

@juliafireflyygurl My tip is to skip all soda's and just stick with water and eat after the plate model. You should also have 30 mins activity per day and train like one hour 2-3 times a week. (Cardio workouts is great)

@juliafireflyygurl well u gotta do more than just drink the water of course eat right cut out all junk food and excercise! try getting atleast and hour aday 30 min run or walk and the other 30 mins cruches all that junk. and taking in the water will also wash out your body and you should be dropping weight like that! I am going into 10th grade and I would also like to lose weight in 1 month before I go to school. hopefully we both get motivation and loss it before we get there :)
