sweet vid. today i did what we call: "holy santa clause shit" or "12 gifts of Christmas" 12 air squats 11 sit ups 10 wall balls (20 lb) 9 KB's (32 KG) 8 Burpees 7 box jumps (24") 6 deadlifts (110 lb) 5 hang clean (110 lb) 4 thrusters (110 lb) 3 military press (110 lb) 2 front squat (110 lb) 1 mile and did 12 then 11-12 then 10-11-12 then 9-10-11-12 and so on. my time was 32:19.
I just started doing some of the workouts and these are killer. I tried doing one muscle up and could not get all the way up. I will get there but watching these videos always gets me in the mode to go workout.
