Does the Honda Metropolitan have a regular plate the way many cars do? Stock, its top speed is about 38 mph, unless of course, you're going downhill, then it increases, but that goes without saying.

I just heard a week ago that Honda is discontinuing the Metropolitan. Is that true? :o (The decision was made earlier this year, before $4 gasoline, apparently.)
