@Luke50001 im the same , my drum teacher made me do it for a bossanova beat and i got used to it :) i also found out NOT to do it at a concert for jazz :P i forgot and just went to it becuase it was my natural instinct

There are millions of great players out there, and they all have the occasional "totally original" moment whether it's a fill, rhythm, time sig, or whatever. But Nicko... I can't quite put my finger on it, I mean, obviously he's outrageously talented - but every bit of his playing is just so bloody unique. I mean listen to him. Regardless of how complex or simple it is. Who the hell plays like that... seriously... WHO!!?
