It's an Ancient weapon made from Teostra parts. So first you have to get an Ancient stone and mine it to the Rusted Greatsword, I believe. And there are a few paths. I think one is Kushala Daora GS. This is a Teostra path.

Nah, MHFU is just an English version of 2ndG with less blood and different monster names. I already did every quest on the game so I have no reason to keep playing since my guild doesn't get to hang out much.  But if they release an English Adhoc party on PSN then I'll get it so I can play with fans online.

I didn't know there was an English patch for the Wii version. I don't follow it because I don't want to spoil anything for me when I play the game. I haven't followed anything on Wii in months. I didn't even know my beloved No More Heroes 2 was coming out in a few days (if it's not already out).

agree with you 100%, I didn't want to get the jap version then patch it because that would ruin the it for when the US release came along. In case you didn't know its 2-3 months away from release here and there already is come nice bundles coming out. Its a shame tho, every other console has a mh on it besides ps3, the 1 originally supposed to have. Capcom is releasing MHFO for 360...i don't even want to get started on that hell plan.

You can't play online with the game alone. You have to either have xlink kai with a special router or have a Japanese PSN account on your PS3 to download a program called "Adhoc Party" to play using your PS3.

Tigrex swords have sucky affinity if I remember correctly. Not worth it unless you have draw critical. I'd say get Naruga because it usually has good sharpness as well as affinity.

I tend to do best on Naruga with fire DS or GS. Armor would recommend one with evade like Butterfly. Or perhaps something with survival since he can one-hit kill you with that tail drop.

I use Regulation Gunhammer/Golden Falchion+. By the way, which weapon should of the Lavasioth(Volganos), the Long Sword or Great Sword?

Both the Volganos LS and GS rock. They both have over 1200 raw if I remember correctly. I use GS more than any other type of blade but the LS is great against Gypceros.

I'd recommend using dual ice swords. Armor that will increase infinity is nice or something that can give you quick sharpen or something like that. Evade armor might be a good choice as well since you need to be able to dodge his tentacles and absorption attack quickly at times.

This is all the Japanese version of the game. We just put an english patch. The patch doesn't change the version the game is. So yes, we could play together if we have different patches as long as the core game is the same.

Yeah, they all live in the same city. Two of them live in the same house and the other one lives like 10 mins away so they all played the game a LOT together before I did. They all played him and killed him before I ever saw him. I'm in a different city so when we hung out that time it was the first time I saw him and my recording programs makes the game's framerate drop. It was half of what it was on the video. So I never fought him and the reaction time was slow b/c the framerate was low.

Yeah, I use the PSP. Search Youtube for something called "Remote Joy" tutorial and you'll find all you need.

Yeah, it is the most commonly used accessory for a computer. It is a "Universal Serial Bus" cable that darn near everything from a mouse to a printer to a controller to a camera is connected through. If your sister or anyone you know has a digital camera, I'm willing to bet it came with a USB cable. You can find them for cheap at places like Radio Shack or Walmart.

Yeah, a lot of people can't solo any quests. I can solo any single-monster quest on G and many multiple monster quests. But I'm not the best by any means. Videos with my guild are usually more done for fun and to do things differently. Like how we suicide sleep bomb Kirin and stuff.

and i would say the hardest dual monster quests ive done were either, fleeting shadow, final invitation, the gold and silver raths (which only took like 13 minutes, but was annoying as holy hell) and 4 horns was annoying

Lol, I hate Diablos. Me and SRVIS have a history with the 4 Horns mission on the first MHF game. Good times. We got raped, but good times. In some ways I wish I could go back to when we were just learning and sucked but I like seeing how far we've come.

me too, they arent too hard, dont do too much damage, but have tons of health and are hard to hit in rage cus they are always charging

and same, in the first MH game for the PS2 i had trouble with a regular rathalos, and even a Gypceros :/

but now im killing the gold and silver raths in 9:36 (my personal best time for the quest) and im still learning, lol

but i cant wait for the G expansion for MHF2

Well your Guild name sounds awesome. We couldn't think of a name for the longest and no one else wanted to think it up. They were kinda like 'you're the leader, YOU think it up' and so I was like "if you can't think of anything I'm going to call us VIRSS (virus) or SRVIS (service)" and they didn't so I chose SRVIS since it not only has our initials but indicates that we do a service to the Guild and to our fans.

That's the King Teostra Blade. It is the Teostra ancient sword. You'll need to mine an ancient stone and upgrade it till it has two paths. I think it could either be the Epitaph Blade (one of my favorite GS) or this Teostra Blade as well.

My tip is to get some armor with Reckless Abandon and quick sharpen and quake resistance. You can get that with the Azure Rathalos and jewels, I think. Get some nice dragon dual swords and take megajuice. Stay on Shen's legs. Stay on one leg and keep doing the combo to make him fall. The quake will keep you from rocking each time he walks and wasting time, RA will increase your critical attacks. Keep on the same leg or two as much as possible and it is a piece of cake.

You will if you don't buy the game and run it in original Japanese. To run the ISO you will  need Custom Firmware.

If you have a PSP Phat you need to google for a custom firmware easy installer.  If you have a PSP Slim then you need someone with a PSP Phat to put it on for you.

You need at least 3.71 to play the game. I suggest reading up on them to see which one you want for your PSP before you install it. And be aware that if you install it wrong you can brick your PSP. Basically render it useless and you can't play any games or even turn it on in most cases. So be very sure if you want to try it and be very careful when installing it.

Lol, that's three questions but fine. Yes, this is G.  It is english because of an english patch that can be downloaded. There is an elder Naruga and it is considered G-Rank.

No, the patch is fan-made and not by Capcom. From what we know, Capcom doesn't plan to release an english version of the game. So fans translated it. By using the ISO of the game and using custom firmware you can play it in english. So if you own the game, you can rip it to your memory stick and apply the patch using custom firmware.

It requires firmware 3.71 or higher, unfortunately. And you have to convert your gamesave otherwise you have to start from scratch.

my brother says that you shouldn't use flash bombs when fighting naruga but use sonic bombs when it is not in rage mode at the time when it charge for it's jumping slash attack it will knock it down for a short time . it's bitter to use pitfall trap when it's in rage mode because it won't dodge the pitfall trap at that time the same thing for rajang .

Well that was my first time fighting Narguga and as you see, I didn't use a single flash, those were my friends. I didn't know about the pitfall thing since it was my first time fighting him and yeah, I've slain dozens of Rajang so I know Shock trap in rage, pitfall when normal.
