This version is great, she has such a cute voice, and shows a more innocent side of annie. To be honest in my opinion no-one can beat the original annie (andrea mcardle) she made the character. I played annie in the NATIONAL UK TOUR 2006, such an amazing experience to be able to be involved with the musical, fun for all the family :)!

This movie is much better than the 1982 version. I saw the other one when I was a kid since my sister wouldn't stop complaining until we saw it. In retrospect, I don't think I appreciated the music as much then as I do now. Of course, the actor for Annie in the 1982 one creeps me out. I just want to push her off a tall building for some reason. Does that make me evil?

Yes... I love this movie, and I search it since I found a small part (3 mins?) of that... Annie is a beatiful movie, and I'd like to watch it... but I can't... As LetiSweet said, this movie is almost fully unavailable ... but I'm happy since I found these parts of Annie on YouTube... Alicia was great and is a great person. We have known her for years her and my daughter danced at the same studio for a few years. So careful before you judge someone you dont know anything about.
