is not hoo or foo is fuu or huu. in roman they sometime make japanese hu sound fu but is prononce hu. ither way work but you need kno diferense

It's neither, you retards. They don't have an 'f' sound in Japanese, the ふ sound is halfway between an English 'h' and 'f'.
