You sound exactly like me!! I'm 18 and was diagnosed with POTS about a year ago. It's miserable and I'm just glad that there is someone else out there who understands what I'm going through.

Ah, I'm glad the video has helped. I am in the process of doing a video diary too. It is a complete nightmare when you first get diagnosed but the support you can get from the POTS facebook group is immense and will hopefully help you out. Feel free to send me a message on Facebook.

ive just had a couple of rough months with POTS. like you say the docs arent that up on the condition. finally i say a docs that was, and im getting treated. although now im bedbound, im still positive that it will ease. im so glad you put you video up, to give more information out. i had never heard of the condition before. i think there should be more awareness, this is an awful condition, and it doesnt help when the docs think its all in your mind, because they arent doing there job.
