Nerd Mode no Jutsu! Obito died long after Madara so it would be impossible for him to take possesion of Obito's body. A more likely theory is Madara gained the Rinnegan and created Tobi out of thin air right before he died using Izanagi. Or Tobi is a creation Zetsu's DNA and Madara's thanks to Orochimaru. Personally I like the Izanagi theory. WoW I was really smart!! My head hurts now and my boobs want meat! Lucky me I have meatloaf in the fridge. =^_^=
