I prefer this version, because break-ups and losing someone is already saddening. This video shows that even though she went through a break-up, shes still going out, and living her life, getting a tat and going to clubs. I this this version shows that it hurts, but that shouldn't stop you from living and enjoying life, or moving on. The Rascal Flatts version just makes me want to kill myself.

So I've always considered Rascal Flatts' version the original, just because it's the more common of the 5 or 6 versions. Jo Omera had a version a few years ago, you can look her up, Jo did a great job. But Rascal Flatts are the original and the best. She did an ok job, but the beat of the song kind of took away from the purpose of it being a song about someone losing someone they love. Stop hating on this video cuz Cascada changed it into a techno beat, artists have different styles, and she's free to sample the lyrics/beat however she wants. I mean that's what modern music is.
