The Republicans think that Giuliani will beat Clinton. I think they are right.

But Richardson will beat Giuliani like a red-headed stepchild.

I'm actually laughing at how stupid this is. I mean seriously, if you want to dig up crap on a candidate, by all means there's probably something. But OAS? OAS is one of the most highly-esteemed international organizations in the world. I was in model-OAS when I was a kid in high school. It's a positive for the guy. Bill Richardson as a U.S. member/representative of OAS no more needs to register as a foreign agent than does an American working for the UN, the G8, the WTO, or any other organization of governments that the U.S. is a member of.

Thanks, Counselor. However, which members of the OAS are interested in changing U.S. immigration policy? That would be Mexico, Brazil, and all the other Central and South American countries that make up the OAS. His advocacy is only of use to the members of the OAS which are foreign governments.

If you would simply go to the OAS website, and click on member countries, you would find the US is also a member of the OAS, which you conveniently fail to point out. Further, since this is a sanctioned organization under the UN treaty, and is not a foreign power, the requirements to register as a foreign agent do not apply.

Uh, there's a frame in the video that says: "OAS member states include the U.S. and Canada but also Mexico and Central American countries that support massive immigration to the U.S." As for FARA, I'm not a lawyer who specializes in that field, and I don't think you are either. Only those familiar with the relevant laws are qualified to answer. Has Richardson sought their advice?
