it reminds me of a workout I found in a mens fitness mag when I was younger but he updated it and made it not just about toning your gluts but getting some cardio as well. Love it except I kept laughing at the guy who was so awkward and that Bob told him to get lower but he just got more awkward!! haha!
@MochaKnitster007 Why would he have to put heavier people in the video to show that they can do it? Can't heavier people just try it themselves? I'm sure there are smaller people who can't do it.
