If you mean this video it's from Hetaoni which is a fan made RPG (role play game) You can watch it on youtube with English subs. If you mean actual HetaOni it's based off of an anime hetalia and a game called Aooni. I hope one of those answered you question. ^^

I cried like a baby when England went blind, and right before too, in his scene with America...I always thought the reason England ran off to prove he was strong to him right afterward is because he was a little unnerved, seeing America that way. I don't ship USUK (the fact that England friggin RAISED America bothers me a lot, and im not into Yaoi.) but their relationship, in whatever context it's taken in, is one of the most complex and beautiful of the series in my opinion.
