I have a question since I'm not so much aware of Korean Constitution:

Does the freedom of speech also involve speaking aginst the political systems?What these people are protesting is an act of rebelion against the outcome of the voting system that everyone came to agree upon, which is democracy. Another words, whether they voted for Lee Myung Bak or not, they voted in a form of democracy. These protest is an act that speaks against the system that has been set up, which is a rebellion.

I think...... You should read some books or articles about regionalism in South Korea. And Jipsibub(law about a assembly and protest).

Obviously the licensing of assembly is violation of the constitution. But a man need to obtain the sanction of the authorities to protest against the goverment or Samsung etc. Samsung obstruct every organization of labor union. Of course it is illegal and unconstitutional.

sorry if you were offended, but I'm no liar. The riot crisis was never promoted by the US and no americans voted for Lee Myung Bak. It's the nature of the Koreans that loves to be divided. Just look at N and S Korea, Korean churches, Korean politics, korean husbands and wives. Look at the Korean flag. It symbolizes two entities and dualism.
