  • Hi David, should a person be pressing in their abs to help stabilize these and other poses? I come from 4 years of Pilates training and they keep abs tucked in through out the training.

  • For beginners the femur head is grinding and can create problems. Asking the viewer to embody the movement and pull themselves out of their hips would be a nice addition. imho
