@mhrockstar hey mate! pretty much 100% bodyweight although we do add weight to bodyweight exercises like pullups for example, currently most our training is around pullups, levers, handstands, planches, pressups and core work -- I'm looking to do more Olympic lifts though :) thanks for watching!

VERY NICE! Do you guys mainly do bodyweight only or weights as well? I'm assuming by the size of you that you use weights.
