i got the exact same thing (white ipod ios 5.0) i tried 2 download siri , it did download but whenever i activate siri it says no network found (which is connected) so i restart it but it is stuck on pineapple logo

@TheMnms900 same thing happened with me dude. words of advice: don't use ifile for the siri stuff just makes it worse. but i cant restore without updating and there isnt a jailbreak out for 5.1 yet or at least an untethered jailbreak

@162harsh yes i did just go to redsnow find your firmware and do the settings that let you sync to iTunes and just restore witha the costom frimware and rejailbreak :) works lika charm

@Dave166666 mayby you need to wait a little longer or else you can put it in recovery mode, then restore a back-up. it helped me, search google for the recovery mode.

Hello ken,

When I hold power + home and then release both buttons when it shuts off. A few secounds later it will automatically reboot without me doing anything. I was just testing this because I think it might not enter DFU. Btw it's a white iPod touch 32GB MD model
