I was in an adoption home for 4-5 months at the age of 9 and let me tell you..they're vicious people. They almost broke my arm, beat me,etc.. I was a fighter so I made it through, but my God it's still happening. Many of the children and I would run away, tying bed sheets to bed post and swinging out the window. I was lucky to be adopted into a civilized family.
