How to install MarcusantROM Revival on the Samsung Epic 4G

it screwed up my cwm! and didnt have anything working prop. i did every step including pre rom wipe and ore theame wipe.is it because u flashed v3 first?

I just went from ACS ICS 5.5 (bml) to Marcusant's v3 which is mtd, will my titanium backups restore fine like apps and data after i switched?, will anything go wrong if i restore?

@qbking77 Yea, I watched it.Then I flashed the ROM onto my phone, but I didn't really like it because I love custom swypes like on the ACS ICS and that didn't even have swype, but other then that it was great.But when I tried to get to my clockwork recovery it never came up, it just kept restarting the phone and going to regular boot up. So I took out the battery and it worked fine but I still couldn't even do a nandroid recovery. It was just stuck on this ROM so I just unrooted and rooted again

@qbking77 Also every time I flash a different ROM the boot animations never work, ever. It just says android across the screen.

@ginathegreat use the download under bml. the mtd is a whole different thing going on with the partitions on the phone. also look at the video explaining mtd and bml from qbking.

i went to the link for the xda forum to download the marcusant rom and i guess its updated cuz it doesnt look like the page on ur video, plus when i click on the download link it shows multiple downloads for marcusant that are fixed camera broken camera and more confusing the MTD, BML? which one is the right one for me if im rooted and on acs clockwork mod on stock ei22 gingerbread?

I had this rom and going GREAT for a little while. Then I turn on the glass lock screen. Big no-no. It locks up and just restarts over and over. So I went back to legendary, cleared cache in CWM and reflashed revival. Still no good. It doesn't give me enough time to change the setting. How can I fix this? I'm back on legendary.

@asonoflove You'll have to wipe data unfortunately. If you ant to use glass lock just use the sgsII unlock

@qbking77 i noticed that v2 is now out and a combination of the acs theme that just came out and v1 of this rom is what i use but v2 is mtd can i upgrade staight from ext4 to mtd and can i use the theme with the mtd version, cause if so id like to go to the mtd version cause its faster and more stable lik you said in your other video

Hey man excelent video and I love the rom. Only question is what happened to my 4g. All I seem to have now is 3g and I don't see an option to turn it on and off like with other roms. Any help would be appreciated.

@Slowtrvlr I'd recommend upgrading, but you should be able to with 3101
