Riot should make a "Minion March" mode.

You get 500 gold in the beginning, than you can "buy" a minion class (Caster 100G, Meelee 200G, Cannon 400G) and some minor spells (Soft heal, Crit Ability, Taunt) for 100G each.

Now you have to rush down your lane and support your mates as good as possible. For each enemy minion killed you get 20G, for each assist 10G. If you die, you have to rebuy. No gold left means a 10 sec punishment, than restarting without money as caster minion.
