People are dressing half naked these days because it's becoming more acceptable. Clothing has become less and less throughout time because, as humans, we love to test our own morals and do what's risque. Whatever makes us feel sexy, we're gonna do. It's not a "shame," it's just human nature. Some people can handle it, others can't. It's really no big deal, when it comes down to it. I just wish people would lose some damn weight before they try and jump on the naked bandwagon. :/
