The server side command is g_shootfromeye 1.
About the hud, just type in the console: viewsize 120.
About the crosshair: crosshair 0

0:47 to 0:57, that's the stuff I want to see in Nexuiz videos. Not random one-off nex shots. EVERYONE gets those. I like that this video has a lot of nice frags that are authentic.
Then again, it's kojn, so none of these shots are "luck". ;)
And @NaRkDuRd3n, there is a client-size command to move the weapon to the middle (doesn't change where it shoots from though, I don't think). I don't recall what the cvar is but I'm sure you could ask around in #nexuiz on IRC or a quick search.

In the configuration menu, I think that there is an option, but maybe there was a modification, I didn't play it since a long time... hm

It's a server side command. Dont remember it anymore, but I think it was cl_centerview or sth. like that
