when your on the weights, your arms are way too stiff. When you release the weights loosen up a bit :L if you know what i meant, otherwise it will not train your muscles.
im a golfer and i work out, but ur not working out right. dont worry about how big you arms are compared to how strong your core is. instead of lifting at the gym throw a medicine ball or do situps with one and your swing will get wayyy faster... hope this helps

keep up the good vids. just a tip for the protein shakes after: stop by GNC or any store like that and pick up a shaker bottle it works much better then just stirring it. Most bottles have measurements on the side as well and mixes the powder much better.

I have gotten my swing speed up to 121 this summer just by playing and practicing everyday. It works because it works out the exact muscles that the swing requires. It works for me.
@BubbaWatsonfan15 lol yeah. he wasnt really engaging the back because he was not pulling with his lats. he was using way too much weight. also on his chinups his was kicking around alot and stuff. i couldnt tell if he was serious during this workout.

The idea is great. 3 things will help
1) Stretching and Flexibility
2) Full range of motion and slow range of motion movements while lifting
