Have you tried routing the circuit through an AND gate? It would allow much easier control. Hook up your Rapid Pulser (very nice by the way) as one input, a lever as the second, and connect the output to the dispenser. To achieve the same fire rate you would need something else to give the dispenser a constant signal, but that is a simple matter of a redstone torch and maybe some wiring. Very nice system overall.

Your pulser seems to be making your dispenser fire off arrows even before the switch is thrown. I recommend using a clock to generate your alternating current instead. I have made a similar fully auto dispenser using the one darkmage0wnage showcased on his channel. (it also gets rid of that annoying hissing noise)

theres a way to do it all from 1 switch u take out the lever and that part

and surround the pulser with redstone and then make make a tiny red stone path from the dirt block off and to a lever, it will still be fully automatic and u can control when it starts and stops from 1 lever or you can add a pressure plate (:

I have them on a wall and I do not want to change the wall too much I tried this design and the red stone only goes so far. this would work if i placed a red stone torch under each dispenser?
