Suffering in prison is a given, and those who say otherwise has never been locked up in one. & Once they serve their time, they repaid their debt to society...end of story. If the person is deemed high risk to reoffend, y would he be granted bail in the 1st place? But if u served the full durration of your sentence, they deserve the same right to life as anybody else.

Well criminals such as sex offenders, if they don't pose a risk in prison they must be released, thus putting more innocent people at risk. Everyone deserves the right to life, then why are you pushing for the death penalty? Just lock em up for good. I think they should bring a charge that's literally life in prison, until they die.

I was being sarcastic in regards to my death penalty comment...I DO NOT support the death penalty 4 the record. I don't mind life sentences (4 serial rapists and insane murderers), I'm against manditory sentences though. Kuz someone who kills an intruder defending his/her family doesn't deserve to be locked up with harden gang members.
