Perhaps a little research can help you. You don't have to go to Africa to call it an international trip. The moment you cross a territorial border, then it's an international trip, like crossing into Canada or Mexico. And during the campaigns, he never used a private jet. It was a chartered jet, a Boeing 747 or something that consumes the same fuel as Airforce one. And surely, i don't think the guy is in Canada for a holiday or honeymoon- so it's possibly business and not wasteful spending.
