'LOADING' is when a round is fed into the chamber and is made available to the bolt for locking.
these functions CANNOT occur in reverse order. it is mechanically impossible, and contradicts the cyle of fire / operation.
In german we indeed say laden und sichern....load and lock...but with sichern (lock) we talk about the security lock. Which of course you can switch BEFORE loading.
