yes safediver2 but there are good scuba diving stories on the net. My favourite is the myscubastory site. They have accident stories, shark dive encounter stories, wreck discovery stories, and so on. THey have lots of videos on the previous topics too! Type myscubastory into google and its the first one. Enjoy
while working in Antartica we came across an old nazi u boat base that actually has an abandoned u boat rusting hulk moored , our c.o ordered a quick investigation of the site then had us all moved out . we had no idea the germans had a base there but we continued our antratic warefare training . That was in 1986
The Germans sank many supply ships off the US coast at the beginning of WWII. There are 3 German U-boats off the coast of NC: U-352, U-85, and U-701. There are several others that were sank off the coast of the eastern US.
