yeah glados only uses animations when the game scripts her to use them... unlike portal 1

@TheSonicWarrior In Portal 1 she wasn't animated at all, save for those spinning discs neat the top of the room. The only time she moved was when she was knocked around by rockets or when she exploded.

It's not a "fly hack". It's simply a code which is used in all source engine games that you put in to the developers console. A hack is usually done with an external program that modifies the coding to allow you to do stuff you can't normally do in game.
