  • I remember when this song came out. My friend went to Omaha, Nebraska to visit a friend and came back with the album. He said, you gotta hear this song. I was skeptical and my mind was closed to this group that came from nowhere. But from the first note this was a hit in my heart. Song speaks volumes about "Self inflicted lost love". And about a desire to get it back. Wonderful song with great vocal presentation. Great post. Thank You!

  • to 1111blakers...keep listening. check out Lena Horne, Dinah Washington, Eartha Kitt....you may have a hard time with some of the tempo and the sound. But they sang about real life and love.
