After watching this video, I've learned very little. After 25 years of experience, and owning an indoor gym, you would think Scott would have more to say about how to use a climbing harness, besides "seeking professional instruction".

Talking points that should have been discussed:

- Talk about why and how a proper fitting harness is important

- What is "double-backed", and why is it important?

- Why back up the belay ring?

- How should a harness fit? ("snug" is too vague)
