There's no reason to completely remove the motor bracket. Just remove wires to the switch and the two side screws and loosen the middle one. Then rotate the motor bracket to align the hole on the motor plate that sits over the cam gear to allow screwdriver access to the last of the 5 Philips screws holding on the cover.

Is the Rotor Supposed to be pretty hard to rotate by hand when Assembled ? Mine is ? Thanks J P
