  • This track is called "The Unrepentant" - its on Steve's CD "I Feel Alright" - good video & good live performance of it

  • The lyrcs are so cool! I hope to get a chance to see him if he comes around my neck of the woods.

  • Have been to lots of Steve's gigs playing with The Dukes & Steve always stands stage right or to the left from the drummer's viewpoint - lead guitar left, bass middle. When I went to see him in Cardiff last year, he said he was touring England with Alison & The Dukes this year some time but it's not on the website yet

  • Would love to see Steve come to the UK with The Dukes again. It's been far too long.

  • He's sounding real tired here. This song really needs the vocals pelted out... Suppose even the best have bad days.

  • Never seen Steve in this stage setup before; stage right? Unless this a reverse image.

  • It don't come no better than Steve Earle and the Dukes!!!

  • I have seen him 2 times live in Sweden.Wow! He is so god!

  • Epic!

  • If this was the gig at Hopetoun House Nr Edinburgh....Emmy Lou Harris joins Steve on stage before her own performance later that evening,

  • Yes she does. We have it in the archive.

  • woooo! Steve looks hot with an electric guitar in his hands. We are the unrepentant ..... 'cause someone's got to do it.

  • I just love the swagger of these guys on this performance, it needs those elder statesman like qualities to make people take notice, it rocks heavy and hard, steve is the real deal!!

  • steve earle is the best singer/songwriter in the world....well, okay, i am a crazy fan of his for over twenty years....thanks for putting this jewel up for the populace to see! Keep rockin' Steve!!!

  • The Unrepentant... off I Feel Alright

The Dukes; Kelly Looney (Bass), Will Rigby (Drums) and Eric 'Roscoe' Amble (Guitar)

  • Rather than calling it "another track", which sounds dismissive, can anybody tell us what Steve named it, please?

Maybe who his sidemen are too?

Having recently "discovered" Steve, and the incredible work he's done, I'd appreciate it.

  • "Another track" is with reference to the fact we have uploaded 2 tracks. Not dismissive at all.

Far from it.We have thousands of live music in the archive all rare & mostly unseen. Thanks for sharing wouldn't go a miss r kid!

  • The Unrepentant, from I Feel Alright

  • Eric Ambel on guitar, Kelly Looney on bass, I cant see the drummer.. maybe its his brother Patrick.

  • hey critter....glad to have you among the ranks who have loved Steve Earle for a long, long time....i've been a fan for 22 yrs now since i first saw him in Austin, Texas....still as wonderful, and adorable, as ever...

  • Great quality.

  • Thanks for sharing :)
